Wrote this jig yesterday, after listening to a lot of Peter Bellamy, ended up with a funky Morris tune- enjoy!
Been on the road again, so apologies for the lateness of this one! I did write it on Sunday, after the Family Ceilidh at the Cecil Sharp House, where we had over 100 tiny people dancing about the hall, which was amazingly good fun!
Having a few days off during the tour, and things have got a little calmer, so this is a bit of an easier, calmer tune this week. Had a wander down to the Don near my house and saw a pair of Kingfishers flying about in the centre of Sheffield.
Wrote this one on tour with Alex in the West Country. Hartland Point is a beautiful spot on the Devon and Cornwall border, and we were surrounded by some amazing Cornish music and dance! Enjoy!
